A yoga retreat can be a wonderfull nourishing way to really take care of all aspects of your wellbeing, allowing to move back into your daily life with all its responsibilities and duties feeling refreshed, restored and rested.
I incorporate many different techniques and practices in my teaching on retreat, including down-to-earth yoga philosophy, restorative yoga, gentle movement, yoga nidra and morning meditation walks and evening sound gong baths. I allow time and space for you to also “do nothing”, which can include walking, reading, chatting to other guests, or catching up on sleep. Food is an important part of my retreats, and you will be well-fed with nourishing food and dietary requirements catered for.
People often come on retreat alone, but sometime with a friend or family member. All are welcome, and many return regularly, as a way of boosting health, vitality and energy.
