You will need: a yoga mat or a firm surface to lie on. Or you can do this on your bed if you are able to put your legs against the wall. A yoga bolsters or a firm pillows.
Optional equipment: A blanket to lie on and a blanket to keep you warm. A blanket to use as a pillow or an actual cushion or pillow! An eye pillow (or clean sock/scarf to place over the eyes).
Note: Child’s pose is not always suitable for those with knee/ankle conditions.
